RETURN POLICY

Alara wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you need to exchange or return for credit a purchase; please follow the simple instructions :

Returns are accepted within 15 days of the receipt of your order. Alara will pay the freight for the return and credit back the ground service shipping charges.

Shirts must be returned in the same condition as you received them-unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all the original tags, labels and packaging.

Repack the item(s) which you want to return in the original box received, if possible and practical. Please enclose either the original packing slip or a copy with the return. Carefully tear off the free return shipping label and properly affix it to the outside of the carton.

Drop the parcel off at a UPS store location or call 1-800-742-5877 to schedule UPS to pick up your return.

Once your parcel is received at our distribution facility, it will be processed within 5 days.

The cost of the merchandise and the shipping charges will be refunded to the credit card which was used in connection with the purchase, or if Pay Pal was used, then the credit will be processed through Pay Pal.
